As we have mentioned before HotelDruid is not intended to be the front end for any hotel or other holiday accommodation website. Our own preference is to use the Joomla Content Management System(CMS) to fulfil this function. There are many extra extensions available for this to 'spice up' your clients website.
You still have the opportunity within Joomla to display your HotelDruid templates as i-frames, either directly from a menu item or as a module. The rates table which HotelDruid uses to display the seasonal tariffs for the property looks like this.
Using the Abivia Supertable plugin we have transposed the table and applied some clever effects to animate the table. This has all been combined into a Joomla module which can be neatly configured using the standard Joomla administrator backend.
